What do we offer?
Lets just say an opportunity of a lifetime. You will never find a business opportunity like this. One that gives its partners so much and helps you make that dream income a reality. We work with you, the independent contractor or we like to say The Team Member, to get you the money you want and deserve! You ask is it hard work? Honestly, yes, at times it is. Do you make a lot of money? Depends on how motivated you are!

How this works!
We set you up with access to over 100 or more inflatables. The amount of inflatables you receive in your personal inventory depends on which level you enter in at. You make a minimal 35% up to 50% split on all unit fees plus all delivery again this is all dependent on the entry level you enter in at. So lets say you rent a jump for 100.00 + Tax, Damage Waiver, & Delivery, you would make about $40 off the jump and $50 off the delivery this is based on a 60/40 split. So you just made $90 for about 30 mins of work! How hard is that? IT'S NOT! Where else do you make $90 for 1/2 an hour? 

What all is involved and what all will I provide?
It's simple: just about nothing! We provide you depending on your entry level with the blowers, stakes, sandbags, and the units, the insurance policy, and we maintain and run the company and do all the taxes that businesses have to do. All you need to provide is a way to get them there, such as a truck or trailer, a way to carry them, such as a dolly, someone to do the heavy lifting, and the sand to go inside of your sandbags! We also recommend getting some extension cords, not the cheap ones but the heavy duty ones in case of emergencies or for events. Also for setting up units on cement we recommend getting some cement buckets but we will provide bags for sand but the cement buckets are cheap and work the best. Only other thing that is involved is a monthly fee for your website, Phone Line, and Credit Card processing which we provide you access to these items. These items provide you with an inventory tracking and automated booking system, like what you see on our home page. This allows for each location to have different units and keep track of their bookings all in one place. We do not guarantee units to be booked for you, but we put forth every effort to do so! We provide you with a phone number, email address, a facebook page and we even set you up with several ways to advertise in your area. We don't put you out there in the dark! We help you in every way we can to make you successful, but as the old saying goes those that are very successful help themselves get to that point! So please don't come into this business thinking it is a hand out and we are going to do all the work for you. Ye who what's the prize does the most work. Other than that we do the rest. So that's it no tricks involved. 

What if I have units already?
If you have your own units and want to join our team, you can! Its FREE to join and It then becomes a 70/30 split. We keep 30% and give you 70% plus all delivery fees and we provide all your insurance and collect and maintain the taxes! There are no franchise fees all you pay is the normal operating expenses provided below and merge over under a new banner Kids Bouncy Things. Now we don't expect you to totally give up your name you started with but you must advertise ours so it then become your company doing business as Kids Bouncy Things. Not only do you get paid off of your rentals, but you get paid if another partner borrows and rents out one of your pieces as well so you make 25% off your unit for doing nothing. A $10.00 damage waiver fee is taken out before any split and paid to inflatable owner. All taxes are also taken out and paid to Home Office. Any and all credit cards will be deducted from bank account, setup with processing company. You, the team member, will also take care of such items as, your phone line, credit card processing, and website which are maintained by the home office. You may participate in this program for as long as you so wish. You will receive 1,000 free business cards. All other promotional items must be bought by team member from designated vendor. Team member will be required to advertise his or her business at their expense, and follow set guidelines set forth in this contract. Team member will also be required to purchase one set of vehicle magnets or vehicle graphics and must be on vehicle when conducting business as Kids Bouncy Things.

Overview of the Different Levels Below you may enter into any of these levels at any time.

Team Member Training Program is a no commitment, $0.00 down, program.

The Team Member Training program consists of a few things and based on those things determines how you are paid and your duties. The training officer will pay the team member. You will be paid payments that consist of delivery and up to 35% of the earnings, 15% will go to the training officer, 25% will go to the Home Office, and 25% will go to the owner of said inflatable. A $10.00 damage waiver fee is taken out before any split and paid to inflatable owner. All taxes are also taken out and paid to Home Office. Any credit card fees will also be taken out in the form of $5.00 per transaction and paid to the training officer. Training officer will be responsible for taking care of your training with the cooperation of you, the team member. Training officer will also take care of such items as, your phone line, credit card processing, and website until you are deemed capable of taking over these items. At that time you will be responsible for all applicable fees listed in Exhibit A in your contract. You may participate in this program for 1 year with minimal responsibilities after one year; you must take over at least 2 of the required items, in Exhibit A, and may continue this program for up to one more additional year, if you so choose. After you have completed all that is required of you in the training program you may upgrade to our silver package listed below. In order to upgrade there is a fee of $1500.00. You may choose to upgrade at anytime you feel that you are ready within your first year. At that time, you will assume all responsibilities of a silver team member. With this program, no products will be assigned to you the team member. All items must be borrowed from other team members, excluding dolly’s or other equipment used to move, transport, and/or conduct business in this program. You will receive 500 free business cards. All other promotional items must be bought by team member from designated vendor Team member will be required to advertise his or her business at their expense, and follow set guidelines set forth in this contract. Team member will also be required to purchase one set of vehicle magnets or vehicle graphics and must be on vehicle when conducting business as Kids Bouncy Things.

Team Member Silver Program is a no commitment, $1,500.00 program Limited Time Offer. "Normally $2000.00"

The Team Member Training program consists of a few things and based on those things determines how you are paid and your duties. The team member will be paid direct from customer. You will be paid payments that consist of delivery and up to 40% of the earnings, 5% will go to the training officer, 5% will go to the site admin or hub leader, 25% will go to the Home Office, and 25% will go to the owner of said inflatable. A $10.00 damage waiver fee is taken out before any split and paid to inflatable owner. All taxes are also taken out and paid to Home Office. Any and all credit cards will be deducted from bank account, setup with processing company. Training officer will be responsible for taking care of your training with the cooperation of you, the team member. Training officer will help, your phone line, and website bookings until you are deemed capable of taking over these items. You will be responsible for all applicable fees listed in Exhibit A. You may participate in this program for 90 with minimal responsibilities. After you have completed all that is required of you, in the training program, you may upgrade to our Gold Package listed below. In order to upgrade there is a fee of $1000 on top of your silver program fee. You may choose to upgrade at anytime you feel that you are ready, within your first 90 days. At that time, you will assume all responsibilities of a Gold team member. With the silver program, products will be assigned to you the team member. All other items must be borrowed from other team members, excluding dolly’s or other equipment used to move, transport, and/or conduct business in this program. You will receive 1,000 free business cards. Team member must buy all other promotional items from designated vender. Team member will be required to advertise his or her business at their expense, and follow set guidelines set forth in this contract. Team member will also be required to purchase one set of vehicle magnets or vehicle graphics and must be on vehicle when conducting business as Kids Bouncy Things. Also with this program you will be automatically enrolled into our customer loyalty program which you will share and reward your customers for being committed to your business in return you will get paid for your efforts to promote this service this is a $500 value with a free terminal yours free for signing up with this program. Other options available upon signup if they are still available they come on a first come first serve basis.

Team Member Gold Program is a no commitment, $2,500.00 program Limited Time Offer. "Normally $3000.00"

The Team Member Training program consists of a few things and based on those things determines how you are paid and your duties. The team member will be paid direct from customer. You will be paid payments that consist of delivery and up to 45% of the earnings, 25% will go to the Home Office, and 25% will go to the owner of said inflatable 5% will be paid to the hub leader. A $10.00 damage waiver fee is taken out before any split and paid to inflatable owner. All taxes are also taken out and paid to Home Office. Any and all credit cards will be deducted from bank account, setup with processing company. You, the team member, will also take care of such items as, your phone line, credit card processing, and website. You may participate in this program for as long as you so wish. You may upgrade to our Platinum Package listed below. In order to upgrade there is a fee of $1000 on top of your Gold program fee. You may choose to upgrade at anytime you feel that you are ready but must complete at least 90 days of this program. You will receive 1,000 free business cards. Team member must buy all other promotional items from designated vendor. Team member will be required to advertise his or her business at their expense, and follow set guidelines set forth in this contract. Team member will also be required to purchase one set of vehicle magnets or vehicle graphics and must be on vehicle when conducting business as Kids Bouncy Things. Also with this program you will be automatically enrolled into our customer loyalty program which you will share and reward your customers for being committed to your business in return you will get paid for your efforts to promote this service this is a $500 value with a free terminal yours free for signing up with this program. Other options available upon signup if they are still available they come on a first come first serve basis.

Team Member Platinum Program is a no commitment, $3,500.00 program Limited Time Offer. "Normally $4000.00"

The Team Member Training program consists of a few things and based on those things determines how you are paid and your duties. The team member will be paid direct from customer. You will be paid payments that consist of delivery and up to 50% of the earnings, 25% will go to the Home Office, and 25% will go to the owner of said inflatable. For the first 90 days, 5% of the team member's 50% split, will be paid to the hub leader unless said gold member has completed 90 days of the silver program. A $10.00 damage waiver fee is taken out before any split and paid to inflatable owner. All taxes are also taken out and paid to Home Office. Any and all credit cards will be deducted from bank account, setup with processing company. You, the team member, will also take care of such items as, your phone line, credit card processing, and website. You may participate in this program for as long as you so wish. You will receive 1,000 free business cards. Team member must buy all other promotional items from designated vendor. Team member will be required to advertise his or her business at their expense, and follow set guidelines set forth in this contract. Team member will also be required to purchase one set of vehicle magnets or vehicle graphics and must be on vehicle when conducting business as Kids Bouncy Things. Also with this program you will be automatically enrolled into our customer loyalty program which you will share and reward your customers for being committed to your business in return you will get paid for your efforts to promote this service this is a $500 value with a free terminal yours free for signing up with this program. Other options available upon signup if they are still available they come on a first come first serve basis.

Investor Program is a no commitment, $2,500.00+ program.

As an investor, you will be entitled to 25% of all earnings, minus any splits with team member, damage waiver fees, and any and all taxes. All property is owned by the hub leader and can be collected on by you the investor for up to 4 years. Now we know you need collateral so the unit we purchase is yours till the amount loaned is paid until then you can sell the unit or do whatever you want to get your money back and get out the good thing is they hold their value well so well you can sell a good 4 year old unit at almost the same price you paid. But our promise to you is you will not want to once you see the dollars flying in so much so you will want to reinvest over and over. After the 4-year period, the investors contract is broken and investor must reinvest or forfeit any investments moving forward. Investor reserves the right to exit the investment at anytime, but agrees that the said property, is at that time the sole property of the hub leader and no further payment will be collected this is after the initial investment is paid . Investor also agrees that they are to be a silent investor and cannot interfere with the day to day operations. All repairs are at the hubs discretion and all units will have insurance while rented. We make all efforts to put your equipment with a silver member or above so that all profits are being maximized. The typical earnings though not guaranteed are as follows on a $2500. investment over a 4 year period based on minimal calculations would be $4000.00 this is based on 20 rentals a year at 200.00 per rental as we all know that is worse case and should never be looked at that way. We have a proven system where if a unit was going out at 200.00 per rental on an average that unit would go out about 30-35 times in a year and upwards of 60 times per year on a good year so again going with average you would be looking at $7000 on a 2500 investment and in a good year with 4 years at 60 times you are looking at $12000 on a 2500 investment these are all provable numbers so not a bad return on your investment i would say so myself its so good that we have people actively cashing in 401K for a better retirement plain we can not revill our investors as that is private but as we actively add new team members we need inventory to grow and our growth depends on you the investor. 

A 10-99 tax form will be issued to the Team Member for all funds and fees, distributed to them by the Home Office, by the end of February the following year. The Team Member will be responsible for creating an invoice, showing the home office and independent contractor split, taxes, and damage waiver fees and breakdown for each, into Dropbox, by end of tuesday each week. All numbers above listed in this form are estimates only and must not be misconscrud as a gurantiee as we can not prodeict elements out of our control so numbers will fluxuate based on weather and other unknowns.
